The event will be held outdoors if the weather permits. The evening will start at 5:00 with a lecture on the music of Barrios by Julio Reyes. At 6:00 there will be a performance by the Vancouver Guitar Orchestra. At 7:00 Francis will wrap up the evening with his original music.
