In order to vote, you must be present and your membership fee paid up. Voting by proxy is not allowed. Family memberships are entitled to one vote. The offices of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Artistic Director, Publicity Director, Secretary-Treasurer and Member at Large will be open to election. Candidates must have served as members of the Executive Committee or as volunteers for at least for one year to be eligible for election to the Board of Directors. Members of the Executive Committee will be elected as well. A Nomination Committee will maintain a list of nominees. To put names forward for nomination please email info@vancouverguitar.org.
